Tracey Butler Calloway, MBA ’94 Regional Human Resources Manager Target Corporation, Los Angeles, CA I actually was torn between whether to go to Law School or pursue an MBA. I decided on the MBA for a more global view of principles that affect our everyday lives... When deciding on an MBA from Texas A&M and other institutions, I had no doubts that Texas A&M would be the right choice given my needs for a developmental environment fostered by sincere commitment from faculty and former students. The Mays MBA program provided me with the flexibility to take a special topics class to be a teaching assistant for a business law class, as well as write an organizational behavioral case analysis of the impact of the Hispanic Graduate Student Association on the campus. I know that the MBA experience at Texas A&M has opened up key leadership opportunities for me not only in the business arena and my community, but also with future and current students program involvement. My best college experience is also one of my key professional accomplishment, and that's getting an MBA from Texas A&M. My only regret is that the MBA experience at Texas A&M is such a positive ONCE-in-a-lifetime experience!
