IGPS Tutor
Each MERIT AND DIVERSITY nomination is automatically sent to each department and college for signature approval. Each signature must be obtained before nomination is complete.
All documentation should be in one pdf file.
To access system log on to http://igps.tamu.edu
- Choose Texas A&M as the organization
- Enter your NetID and Password (This is the same as your Neo login.
- Once logged in, IGPS Main page will open.
- A list of programs will display. Select the program that you are submitting your proposal for.
- You will not be able to submit the document until all required information has been entered.
- To go back a screen, click on back button or click 'proposal'.
1. Fellowship Questionnaire - enter the student's name and contact information
2. Fellowship Files - Uploaded documents need to be in PdF format- the system will not accept any other form
3. Once all information has been entered and all three required sections are checked, the submit button will be active.
4. Submit document
5. Main screen will show the document that you have submitted. Check all information for accuracy.
Student appliction must be submitted
6. Emails will be sent to all Department and signature authorities. Department Head and Dean's signatures are required.
7. Two emails will be sent to nominator; submittion completed and nomination complete once signatures are obtained.
