An international graduate applicant:
- is not a U.S. citizen;
- is not a permanent resident of the United States or someone who has applied for U.S. permanent residency;
- is a student who holds a bachelor’s or professional degree, or equivalent;
- is seeking a degree at the graduate level; and
- has not previously attended Texas A&M University. (International students with a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University who wish to pursue a graduate degree here will need to submit a domestic graduate application.)
