Grant Recipient Reimbursement Process

Reimbursement requests must be submitted prior to the deadline listed in your grant award notification.

NOTE:  Student must be registered full time at the time of reimbursement. No exceptions.

To receive your reimbursement:

  • Complete a RAP Grant Reimbursement Form (Save Word File to desktop, type form, and print).
  • Obtain required signatures.
  • Attach the following to the form:
    –A copy of the email that was sent to you regarding the grant amount and approval
    –All original receipts (no copies will be accepted)
    –For a presentation grant, evidence that you presented at the conference (conference program with your name listed, etc).
    –For a research grant, an official letter from your department head/chair of advisory committe, and documentation/proof stating that you conducted research during this time (time stated on the RAP application form)
  • Submit form with attachments within two weeks of your travel or completion of research activities.
